Analytics Review and External Reporting
Review currently available analytics and confirm export capabilities in the installed version before promising a report.
Current Dashboard
Use the metrics and run logs visible in the installed version as the source of truth. ShadowPhone does not currently promise Daily, Weekly, Monthly, branded-client, or custom report generators.
Export Availability
Do not promise CSV, PDF, JSON, scheduled-email, or webhook export unless the corresponding control is visible and tested in the installed version.
Client Reporting
Agencies can review account data and prepare external reports with their own approved process. A built-in branded client-report builder is not a registered workflow.
Data Retention
Retention depends on the current database and product policy. No 90-day or indefinite analytics-retention guarantee is made on this page.
