Report Types
ShadowPhone offers several report types: Daily Summary, Weekly Performance, Monthly Growth, Client Report (branded), and Custom Reports. Each can be generated on-demand or scheduled.
Export Formats
Export your data as CSV for spreadsheets, PDF for presentations, or JSON for programmatic analysis. Reports can be sent automatically to specified email addresses.
Client Reports
For agency users, Client Reports include your branding and only show metrics relevant to the client. You can customize which data points are included and add notes or recommendations.
Data Retention
ShadowPhone retains detailed analytics data for 90 days and summary data indefinitely. You can export historical data at any time before the detailed data is archived.
