• We do not control user behaviour. ShadowPhone transmits commands that users define and initiate to devices users own. We have no control over, knowledge of, or responsibility for what users choose to automate or how they use their devices.
• We do not access device content. All device interactions are processed locally on the user's machine. ShadowPhone does not intercept, monitor, store, read, or transmit the contents of device activity, including but not limited to messages, media, contacts, or browsing data.
• We do not operate social media accounts. ShadowPhone does not create, own, operate, or manage any social media accounts. Any social media activity is initiated solely by the user through their own devices and accounts.
• We do not create or curate content. ShadowPhone does not generate, select, edit, approve, or publish any content on behalf of users. All content decisions are made entirely by the user.
• We exercise no editorial control. ShadowPhone has no editorial, curatorial, or supervisory role over user activity. We are a passive conduit for user-defined commands.

• You alone bear the risk of any consequences, including legal, financial, or reputational consequences
• You will not hold ShadowPhone responsible for any outcome arising from your use of the software
