Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: February 1, 2026
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Core Principle: ShadowPhone is a general-purpose device automation software tool. You -- the user -- are solely and entirely responsible for how you choose to use this tool, what actions you automate, what content you create or distribute, and the consequences of all activity conducted through your account and devices. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is a supplement to our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of ShadowPhone's software, services, website, API, and all related tools (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to all users, whether on a free trial or paid subscription.
ShadowPhone provides general-purpose device control capabilities via the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) protocol and related technologies. We do not prescribe, suggest, endorse, or control the specific ways in which users employ these capabilities. The user is the sole operator and decision-maker at all times.

- You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you access through your devices
- You accept full legal, financial, and ethical responsibility for all actions performed using ShadowPhone, whether automated or manual
- You will not hold ShadowPhone liable for any consequences of your use, including but not limited to account actions taken by third-party platforms, legal proceedings, financial losses, or reputational damage
