1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new customers on their first subscription purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with ShadowPhone within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals and additional purchases are subject to the standard refund policy below.

2. Eligible for Refund

First-time subscription purchases within 14 days
Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)
Service unavailability exceeding 24 hours
Features significantly different from advertised

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Requests made after 14 days from purchase
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Third-party account suspensions, bans, or restrictions (ShadowPhone is a tool provider; actions on third-party platforms are user-initiated and user-controlled)
Unused subscription time after voluntary cancellation

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at billing@shadowphone.com
  2. Include your account email and order/invoice number
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll process your request within 3-5 business days

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for unused time on cancelled subscriptions
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your account within 30 days without losing data

6. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions, including partial refunds for unused months. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you'd like to try our Services before committing to an annual subscription.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through our process, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact us first—we're committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
