Creating Your First Workflow
Learn how to build an automation workflow that runs a sequence of actions on your phone, from following users to engaging with content.
What Are Workflows?
Workflows let you chain multiple modules together into an automated sequence. For example, you could create a workflow that warms up your account in the morning, engages with target audience content in the afternoon, and posts a story in the evening.
Creating a Workflow
Navigate to the Workflows tab and click 'New Workflow'. Give it a descriptive name like 'Daily Engagement Routine'. You will see a visual builder where you can drag and drop modules into a sequence.
Adding Steps
Click 'Add Step' to add modules to your workflow. Each step has configurable parameters like target accounts, action limits, delay ranges, and content sources. Configure each step according to your growth strategy.
Setting Delays
Between each step, set a random delay range. We recommend at least 5-15 minutes between different types of actions. This mimics natural human behavior and keeps your account safe.
Scheduling
You can schedule workflows to run at specific times or intervals. Set a daily schedule that matches when your target audience is most active. ShadowPhone will automatically start the workflow at the configured time.
Monitoring Execution
Once a workflow is running, you can monitor progress in real-time. The execution panel shows which step is currently active, how many actions have been completed, and any errors that occurred.
