Understanding the Analytics Dashboard
Navigate and use the ShadowPhone analytics dashboard effectively.
Dashboard Layout
The top section shows summary cards with key metrics. Below that are trend charts showing performance over time. The bottom section has detailed per-account breakdowns.
Key Metrics Explained
Followers Net: followers gained minus lost. Engagement Rate: (likes + comments) / followers * 100. Automation Efficiency: successful actions / total attempted. Trust Score: composite safety metric from 0-100.
Time Ranges
Switch between 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom date ranges using the selector at the top. Comparing periods helps you measure the impact of strategy changes.
Exporting Data
Click the Export button to download your data as CSV, PDF, or JSON. You can also schedule automated reports from Settings > Notifications.
