Billing Help

Manage your subscription, understand pricing, and resolve billing questions.

Subscription Plans

ShadowPhone offers three plans: Starter ($97/mo, 3 accounts), Growth ($247/mo, 10 accounts), and Agency ($497/mo, 25 accounts). All plans include a 7-day free trial.

Changing Plans

Upgrade or downgrade your plan from Dashboard > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal for subscriptions. You can update your payment method in the Billing section. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before your account is suspended.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy page for details.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription anytime from Dashboard > Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
