Subscription Plans
ShadowPhone offers three plans: Starter ($97/mo, 25 Instagram accounts), Growth ($247/mo, 75 accounts), and Agency ($497/mo, 500 accounts). Annual billing is $77, $197, and $397 per month. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial.
Changing Plans
Upgrade or downgrade your plan from Dashboard > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Payment Methods
New plans are paid in crypto through NOWPayments at checkout: prepaid, with manual renewal and no automatic charges. Existing Stripe or PayPal subscriptions are managed from the Billing section. Failed payments may result in service suspension or a plan downgrade.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy page for details.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription anytime from Dashboard > Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
