About the Role
We need a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to scale our user acquisition and improve retention. You will own the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, working with a budget to drive efficient growth. This is a unique opportunity to market an automation product to automation-savvy operators.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, content, paid, partnerships)
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms
- Build and nurture our content marketing engine (blog, YouTube, social)
- Analyze funnel metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Manage affiliate and referral programs
- Collaborate with product to improve onboarding and activation
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience in SaaS or B2B tech
- Track record of scaling user acquisition profitably
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and paid social
- Data-driven decision making with strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Excellent written communication for content creation
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing automation or developer tools
- Knowledge of Instagram marketing and the creator economy
- Experience with community-led growth strategies
- Background in affiliate marketing
