About the Role
Great documentation is a competitive advantage. We are looking for a Technical Writer who can make complex automation features accessible to users of all skill levels. You will own the entire documentation experience -- from getting started guides to API references.
What You Will Do
- Write and maintain comprehensive product documentation
- Create getting started guides, tutorials, and how-to articles
- Document API endpoints with examples and best practices
- Produce video script outlines for tutorial content
- Maintain a consistent documentation style guide
- Collaborate with engineering to document new features before launch
- Analyze documentation metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably for SaaS products
- Excellent English writing skills with strong attention to clarity
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with documentation tools and markdown
- Comfortable working with APIs and developer-focused content
- Portfolio of published technical documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media or automation tools
- Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python)
- Experience with video content production
- SEO knowledge for documentation discoverability
