Managing Account Groups

Organize your Instagram accounts into groups for easier management and batch operations.

Why Use Groups?

When managing many accounts, groups help you organize them by niche, client, or strategy. You can apply workflows, settings, and actions to an entire group at once instead of configuring each account individually.

Creating Groups

Navigate to Accounts > Groups > New Group. Name your group (e.g., 'Fitness Niche' or 'Client A Accounts') and add accounts to it. An account can belong to multiple groups.

Batch Operations

Select a group to apply operations to all accounts within it: run a workflow on all accounts, change settings for all accounts, or view combined analytics for the group.

Group Analytics

View combined metrics for all accounts in a group: total followers gained, total engagement rate, combined reach, and more. This is especially useful for agency clients.
