Warm-Up Protocols

New Instagram accounts have very low trust with the platform. Jumping straight into heavy automation on a fresh account almost guarantees a ban. Warm-up gradually builds that trust over 2-4 weeks.

Use the Browse module with very low limits. Like 10-20 posts, follow 5 accounts, watch some stories. The goal is to establish normal usage patterns. Post 1-2 pieces of content.

Start introducing automated engagement at 30% of normal limits. Monitor for any warnings. Continue posting content regularly. Begin interacting with accounts in your target niche.

Increase limits by 20% each week if no warnings occur. Add more module types (comments, DMs). By week 4, you should be at 70-80% of full automation capacity.
