Rate Limiting Guide

Instagram does not publish universally safe action limits. Start conservatively, vary timing, monitor login challenges and action blocks, and adjust by account age, history, and platform feedback.

Configure limits exposed by the selected module or schedule. ShadowPhone does not calculate an Instagram trust score or automatically derive a universally safe rate.

Use current scheduling and Delay utilities to distribute work when appropriate. A schedule does not guarantee that an action remains available.

When an action is restricted, stop the affected workflow, review the in-app notice and Account Status, and use any available appeal path. Instagram does not publish a universal cooldown duration.
