Use AI to generate human-like replies to comments and DMs automatically.
How It Works
The AI Reply Assistant analyzes incoming comments and DMs, understands the context, and generates appropriate human-sounding responses. It uses your account's tone and style preferences to maintain brand consistency.
Setting Up
Go to AI Features > Reply Assistant and configure your preferences: reply tone (casual, professional, friendly), topics to reply to, topics to ignore, and maximum replies per hour.
Training the AI
Provide example replies that match your brand voice. The AI learns from these examples and generates similar responses. The more examples you provide, the better the output quality.
Moderation
You can set the AI to auto-reply immediately, queue replies for your approval, or a hybrid approach where straightforward messages are auto-replied and complex ones are queued for review.
