Scheduling and Timing

Set workflows to run at specific times each day. Use the schedule builder to define start times, and ShadowPhone will handle the rest. Workflows can run multiple times per day with different configurations.

All schedules are set in your local time zone. If you manage accounts targeting different time zones, set each workflow schedule according to the target audience's peak hours.

Use Instagram Insights to identify when your own audience is active, then test a repeatable schedule by content format. Timing varies by niche, geography, and audience behavior.

Use the registered Delay or Random Delay utility where a workflow needs operator-configured timing variance. There is no universal default variance that prevents detection or enforcement.

If multiple workflows are scheduled to run simultaneously, ShadowPhone queues them. Each phone can only run one workflow at a time. Prioritize your most important workflows by scheduling them first.
