Scheduling and Timing

Set workflows to run at specific times each day. Use the schedule builder to define start times, and ShadowPhone will handle the rest. Workflows can run multiple times per day with different configurations.

All schedules are set in your local time zone. If you manage accounts targeting different time zones, set each workflow schedule according to the target audience's peak hours.

Based on our data across thousands of accounts: Weekday mornings (7-9 AM) and evenings (6-9 PM) see the highest engagement. Weekends have steadier engagement throughout the day. Adjust based on your niche and audience.

ShadowPhone automatically adds random variance to your scheduled times (plus or minus 15 minutes by default). This prevents your account from performing actions at exactly the same time every day, which could look automated.

If multiple workflows are scheduled to run simultaneously, ShadowPhone queues them. Each phone can only run one workflow at a time. Prioritize your most important workflows by scheduling them first.
