Dashboard Overview
The analytics dashboard shows key metrics at a glance: total followers, engagement rate, actions completed, and account health scores. Charts display trends over customizable time ranges.
Key Metrics
Track followers gained/lost, engagement rate, reach, profile visits, story views, and automation efficiency. Each metric shows current value and trend compared to previous period.
Reports
Generate reports in CSV, PDF, or JSON format. Schedule automated reports to be sent to your email. Agency users can create branded client reports with customizable data points.
Goal Tracking
Set growth goals for any metric and track progress. ShadowPhone projects completion dates and suggests adjustments if you are falling behind.
