Can I Use One Proxy for Multiple Instagram Accounts?

It depends on the legitimate network design and the proxy provider's terms. A shared proxy means accounts use common egress, but shared IPs are also normal on homes, offices, and carrier CGNAT. Instagram does not publish a one-IP-per-account safety rule.

Document which accounts, profiles, and physical phones share a gateway so login challenges and connection changes can be investigated. Network is one factor among account history, behavior, content, recovery details, and device context.

If several phones share one endpoint, monitor endpoint ownership, reputation, location, stability, and provider rotation. Changing to separate endpoints cannot guarantee that accounts will avoid linking or enforcement.
