Workflow Help

Learn how to create, manage, and troubleshoot automation workflows in ShadowPhone.

Creating Workflows

Navigate to the Workflows tab and click New Workflow. You can start from a template or build a custom workflow from scratch using the visual builder.

Available Modules

Workflows support these module types: Post Story, Post Feed, Engage (like/comment), Follow, DM, Browse (passive scrolling), and Profile View. Each module has configurable parameters.

Scheduling

Set workflows to run at specific times using the schedule builder. Add random variance to your timing (recommended) to avoid predictable patterns. Workflows can run multiple times per day.

Troubleshooting

If a workflow is not running: check that the assigned phone is connected and the account is logged in. Check the workflow execution log for error details. Common issues include disconnected phones and rate limit encounters.
